COOKIE POLICY
Version: v3.1 — 05 Jan 2026

This Cookie & Tracking Policy explains how the Platform uses cookies, similar technologies, software development kits (SDKs), and device-based identifiers when users access the Platform via the website zanlo.market or related mobile applications.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy and should be read together with the Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all users and visitors of the Platform, including access via web browsers, mobile applications, and embedded services and interfaces operated under the zanlo trademark (the “Platform”).
2. Technologies Used
The Platform may use the following categories of technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies and storage for authentication, session management, account security, and core functionality.
• Functional technologies used to remember user preferences such as language or interface settings.
• Analytics and performance technologies used to measure usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve Platform performance and user experience.
• Security and fraud-prevention technologies, including device and browser signals used to detect abnormal behavior, automated access, account abuse, and multi-accounting.
• Advertising and attribution technologies, including SDKs provided by advertising partners (such as Google), used for attribution, campaign measurement, and user acquisition analytics.
3. Purpose of Processing
These technologies are used to ensure the security, stability, and integrity of the Platform; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; operate and maintain user accounts and sessions; analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve product mechanics and features; measure marketing performance and user acquisition effectiveness; and comply with legal, regulatory, and platform policy obligations.
4. Device Fingerprinting & Anti-Fraud Measures
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, the Platform may rely on device and browser signals, including those processed by specialized third-party providers.

Such signals are used exclusively for security, fraud detection, abuse prevention, and Platform integrity. The Platform does not store raw fingerprint data and retains only risk indicators or verification results where applicable. Fingerprinting data is not used for advertising, not combined with advertising identifiers, and not used for cross-platform tracking.
5. Advertising Technologies & Identifiers
The Platform may use advertising and measurement technologies, including SDKs provided by advertising partners, solely for attribution, performance measurement, and user acquisition analytics.

Where required by applicable law or platform policies, advertising identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android are collected only after explicit user consent obtained via operating-system-level permissions (for example, Apple App Tracking Transparency or Android privacy settings).

Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through device-level settings. Advertising technologies are logically and technically separated from security and fraud-prevention mechanisms and are never used to bypass consent frameworks.
6. Legal Basis
Depending on jurisdiction, processing under this Policy is based on legitimate interests (Platform security, fraud prevention, and service integrity), performance of a contract (providing Platform functionality), and user consent where required by applicable law.
7. User Controls & Preferences
Users may manage cookies through browser settings, restrict or disable non-essential cookies where technically possible, and control analytics and advertising permissions via device-level settings in mobile applications. Disabling certain technologies may affect Platform functionality.
8. Mobile Applications
In mobile applications, similar functions may be performed using SDKs, local storage, and operating-system identifiers. These technologies serve the same purposes described in this Policy and do not enable unauthorized advertising tracking.
9. Data Retention
Session-based cookies are deleted automatically. Persistent identifiers are retained only as long as necessary for security, analytics, advertising measurement, or compliance purposes. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for longer periods.
10. Updates
This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
