1. Purpose & Philosophy
This Responsible Play Policy reflects zanlo prediction market’s commitment to ensuring that users engage responsibly, safely, and consciously with the Platform.
The Platform encourages users to make informed, data‑driven decisions, to self‑regulate, and to view prediction participation as an intellectual activity rather than a financial pursuit. The Platform does not promise profits or guaranteed outcomes. The Platform remains neutral and does not agitate or advocate regarding political/economic events.
2. Principles of Responsible Play
The Platform promotes responsible behavior based on the following principles:
• awareness of risk and probability, not luck or impulse;
• transparency of information and access to educational resources;
• personal control over time and funds spent;
• self‑exclusion and limit‑setting options to protect user wellbeing;
• responsible communication and marketing standards;
• zero tolerance toward underage or vulnerable user participation.
Vulnerable users include individuals exhibiting loss of control, emotional distress, or impaired decision‑making ability.
3. Control Center & Self‑Exclusion Tools
The Platform provides a Control Center where users can:
• set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and participation limits;
• temporarily pause their activity (“cool‑off period”);
• request self‑exclusion for defined durations or indefinitely;
• monitor their historical activity and financial outcomes.
Requests for exclusion or adjustment can be made directly through the user account or by contacting help@zanlo.market.
During self‑exclusion, accounts remain frozen and inaccessible until the period ends. Re‑activation requires explicit user confirmation and verification.
All self‑exclusion and limit data are stored and processed in compliance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and AOFA data protection standards.
4. Identifying At‑Risk Behavior
The Platform employs monitoring tools and behavioral analytics to detect patterns that may indicate risky or excessive participation, such as:
• unusually high time spent on the Platform;
• repeated, impulsive transactions after losses;
• frequent limit increases or self‑exclusion cancellations.
Detected risk patterns are reviewed by the Compliance and Operations teams for appropriate follow‑up. The Platform may display in‑app reminders, suggest voluntary pauses, or provide educational messages on maintaining responsible participation.
5. Protection of Minors & Vulnerable Users
Access to the Platform is strictly limited to users 18 years and older.
Age verification occurs automatically at registration and during KYC via Didit.me identity checks.
Any account suspected of being operated by a minor or unverified person is immediately suspended pending investigation.
The Platform prohibits third‑party or shared accounts and enforces sanctions against users attempting to facilitate access for minors or restricted persons.
6. Responsible Marketing & Communications
The Platform adheres to ethical marketing standards. Communications and campaigns:
• do not promise profit, success, or guaranteed outcomes;
• avoid messaging appealing to minors or vulnerable individuals;
• emphasize skill, analysis, and informed decision‑making;
• provide clear disclosures of probability and risk.
Marketing content is reviewed at least annually or upon campaign change to ensure compliance with AOFA, PSP, and consumer protection standards.
7. Information, Education & External Support
Th Platform encourages users to educate themselves about responsible participation and provides accessible information through its Help Center.
Users experiencing difficulty managing their activity can contact help@zanlo.market for guidance and access to regional support organizations or local hotlines.
The Platform may refer users to publicly recognized responsible play and behavioral support organizations operating in their region.
Such references are provided solely for informational purposes and do not imply formal cooperation or endorsement.
Educational material on decision‑making, emotional control, and financial awareness is available via the Platform’s learning resources and official community channels.
8. Staff Training & Internal Responsibilities
All employees and contractors involved in user support, marketing, or compliance receive annual training on responsible play and user protection.
Training includes identification of behavioral red flags, communication protocols with at‑risk users, and referral procedures to support resources.
The Compliance & Operations Team oversees adherence to this Policy and conducts periodic internal reviews.
9. Policy Review & Updates
This Policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner if AOFA guidance or operational changes occur. Updates are approved by the Platform’s Compliance Officer and management.
Feedback from users, partners, or regulatory bodies may inform future revisions to further strengthen responsible play practices.
10. Legal & Policy Alignment
This Policy complements the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and AML & KYC Policy. It ensures alignment with AOFA regulatory principles, emphasizing user safety, transparency, and integrity.
Breaches of this Policy may lead to account suspension, closure, or permanent exclusion in accordance with the Platform’s compliance standards.
11. Reporting & Feedback
Users and staff may report concerns or suspected misuse of the Platform through help@zanlo.market or internal compliance channels. Reports are handled confidentially and help the Platform maintain a safe and responsible environment for all participants.
